KatterPrint renders the file exactly as the printer will, so a preview that looks wrong is telling you the file itself is the problem. These are the common causes:
- Password-protected PDFs — remove the password, then re-upload.
- Unusual embedded fonts — export again with the fonts embedded.
- Files still syncing from cloud storage — wait for the download to finish first.
Re-export the document and upload it again.
