These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KatterPrint. By creating an account, uploading a document, or confirming a print order on KatterPrint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age or access the service under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

KatterPrint operates an automated cloud printing platform that allows users to upload documents, customize print settings, pay online, and transmit print jobs to self-service kiosk printers. KatterPrint functions as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

You retain full intellectual property ownership of all files and documents you upload. KatterPrint claims zero ownership over your content.

• Legal Right to Print: You confirm that you own or hold the necessary rights or licenses to print any uploaded material under the Copyright Act, 1957.
• Prohibited Content: You must not upload or print documents that are illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, counterfeit (such as forged currency or government IDs), or contain malicious code.
• Order Refusal: We reserve the right to decline or terminate print jobs that violate legal regulations or safety standards.

Before payment, the platform presents an accurate page-by-page preview, detected color pages, number of copies, and the total payable price.

• Transparent Rates: Rates are clearly published prior to checkout (e.g. standard monochrome B&W at ₹1.50/page, full color at ₹10.00/page).
• User Confirmation: Users are responsible for confirming their document selections, page ranges, and color modes prior to authorizing payment.

All print jobs must be paid in full before printing begins. Payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways (Razorpay) supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and any UPI app) and prepaid KatterPrint Points.

KatterPrint does not store or process UPI PINs, passwords, or financial credentials. All digital transactions are handled securely by Razorpay.

• Cancellation: You can cancel any print order directly from the app for an immediate 100% refund at any point before physical printing commences.
• Automatic Refund on Failure: If a print job cannot complete due to printer offline status, paper jam, hardware error, or timeout, your payment is refunded automatically to your KatterPrint Points balance.
• Original Source Reversal: You may request a refund back to your original bank/UPI payment method within 7 days by contacting support@katterprint.com.
• Partial Print Settlement: If a machine runs out of paper mid-job, you are billed only for pages actually printed, with the remaining balance refunded immediately.

Uploaded document files are strictly temporary. Files are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour after successful print completion, or within 24 hours if unprinted or cancelled. Transaction order records are retained solely for tax and accounting compliance.

KatterPrint is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total cumulative liability for any print job is strictly limited to the amount paid for that specific job. KatterPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
