I forgot my password

Reset from the sign-in screen; the code goes to the email on your account.

  1. 1Tap the reset link on the sign-in screen.
  2. 2Enter the account details it asks for.
  3. 3Open the email on the account — the 6-digit code is sent there.
  4. 4Enter the code and choose a new password.

KatterPrint staff never ask for your password, a reset code, an OTP or a UPI PIN. If someone does, it is not us.
